Chase Hotel - Whitehaven

The room was airy, our beds were exceptionally comfortable...

The location was stunning and easy, not too far away from a budget museum. Further, it was near to shops and bars, and town centre. The single room was newly remodelled with showers over, good supplies, iron.

I stayed at Chase for two nights with my family. Our large room offered comfort and cleanliness. The staff’s attentiveness. Carrying bags up without an elevator proved a challenge. A pleasant experience in beautiful surroundings.

The beautifully maintained gardens and inviting lounge created an elegant atmosphere. The pathways were easily accessible, allowing me to stroll without difficulty, which I greatly appreciated .

More seating in the lounge area would be lovely.

The friendly lady at the front desk, always ready to help out. We loved relaxing on the sun terrace with a drink and enjoying the peaceful garden. The shower pressure could have been better, but it didn't spoil our great experience overall. 😊
